Enable Tasks module – toggle the switch to the on position to open the Tasks module and other options in the settings.
Select the type of task – disabled / optional / obligatory – this option allows tasks to be assigned a user-defined type from the list below.
Task types are used to categorize tasks.
To add a new task type, click +Add. Enter the type name in the languages used. You can only delete a row before saving the settings by clicking × next to the entry. After saving, unused types can only be switched off by setting the switch to the off position . To adjust the order of the rows, drag the row by the icon.
The status of the task indicates what stage of implementation the task is in.
Predefined task statuses can be customized with new statuses by clicking the +Add button. You can only delete a row before saving the settings by clicking × next to the entry. After saving, unused statuses can only be switched off by turning the switch off . Predefined statuses cannot be turned off or deleted. To adjust the order of the statuses used, drag the row by the icon.
Click Save to apply the setting changes. CDESK may require a page refresh in the browser (refresh with the F5 key, or combination of CTRL + R / ⌘ Command + R).
