In the latest version of CDESK, we introduce a new Asset Management module with innovative solutions for managing corporate inventory. Accuracy in numbers, items and business is the foundation of the CDESK solution for 2024. Our goal is to deliver a module that helps keep up to date with the status of corporate assets without stress and chaos.
Asset Management is a reliable assistant that guides you comprehensively through the management of your assets, whether they are computer accessories or company cars. Once items are entered into the Asset Management, they remain completely under your control.
Who uses them? What condition are they in? Where are they? All questions are answered in one line. Moreover, you can also add pictures of the items to the list of assets.
Order in the inventory is ensured by categories such as location, item type, condition, or date purchased. It is by these categories that items can be searched or inventory orders can be entered. If necessary, the name of the responsible person is indicated for each item.
In version 3.2.5 you can soon look forward to the handover protocols, which are used to document the transfer of company items in the Asset Management. After creating the protocol, simply move the affected items from the asset list and indicate the transferring and receiving employee. When creating a protocol, the user has the possibility to add their own notes, upload attachments or add a free item that is not yet registered in the system.
The advantage of the Asset Management module is inventories via the mobile app. This handy functionality speeds up the inventory process and makes the solution as efficient as possible. An employee can perform inventory orders in the field, using a smartphone to scan a QR code or barcode. In the case of scanners, high-speed RFID tag scanning technology can also be used. If something doesn’t add up, the worker can use the app to check the details of each item in the inventory at any time.
