CDESK Outlook Plugin allows you to create requests, tasks and discussion
posts directly from email in Microsoft Outlook Plugin.
Connect to CDESK via the API and create your reports via Microsoft Power BI. You can easily create them based on the freely accessible .pbix model, where you will find samples of a number of graphs and ready-made data for display.

With MicroSIP Control, you can answer and dial calls directly in CDESK.
